Accessibility statement
A Readable, Navigable Florida Heir Guide.
This site is designed toward WCAG 2.2 AA-minded access: semantic page structure, generous reading type, color contrast, keyboard focus, visible labels, reduced motion and layouts that reflow on small screens.
What this release includes
The site uses real text rather than image-based paragraphs, skip navigation, meaningful landmark structure, high-contrast controls, keyboard-operable menus and tools, focus indication and print-friendly guide layouts. Essential disclosures are not placed in tiny footer text.
Known limits
The included first-steps PDF is an editorial draft with selectable text and spacious typography, but it has not yet completed tagging and assistive-technology review. The matching HTML guide is provided as the primary accessible reading route.
Requesting help
A verified accessibility feedback contact has not been configured. Before public operations, add a usable contact method, response process and correction workflow. Do not rely on the unavailable contact-request state for an urgent court, sale or legal issue.
Your browser controls
You can use your browser’s zoom and print controls. The layouts are designed to remain in reading order at narrow widths and high text zoom.
