Verify independently

- Whether another proceeding is involved
Bring what you have
- All pages of the notice
- Deed/estate documents you have
- Tax/mortgage/association statements
- Notes of earlier calls
Ask clearly
- What is scheduled?
- Where is the official record?
- Who confirms procedures or amounts?
- What should I discuss with an attorney?
This checklist does not calculate a redemption cutoff, stop a tax deed process, pause foreclosure or promise a response time.
